Typically, we would ask for a video of the phone’s Device ID found within our mobile app! Since that isn't possible here, we'll have to do things a bit differently!

Could you please send us a video of your phone plugged into a charger and not turning on? When you take this video be sure to capture the entire screen and back of the device so all damage (if present) can be seen as well. The video must be filmed in one continuous shot! If the file size is too large, it will need to be uploaded to the cloud (via Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, etc.) and shared with us with a link.
